Grilled Fillet Calzone
Wrap up some Grilled Fillet goodness inside of a prepared pizza dough tonight and treat yourself to a calzone like you've never experienced.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare Gorton's All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions.
2. Unroll pizza dough onto greased cookie sheet combine cooked fillets, spinach, cheeses, salt, pepper and spread over half of dough, leaving 1"" on sides.
3. Fold remaining half of dough over mixture, press edges with fork, cut three small slits in center of calzone, bake 9-15 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately.

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
2 Tbsp spinach, chopped
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
