Beer Battered Hawaiian Fillets

Ingredients:

10 Gorton's Beer Battered Fillets
1 tsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp chili sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

1. Prepare Gorton's Beer Battered Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, melt butter over medium high heat in a large non-stick skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
3. Sauté coconut and ginger with garlic for 1 minute and add remaining ingredients to skillet.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce mixture by half, top cooked fillets and serve immediately.

Notes:

Keep ginger root in the freezer for easy grating. It will store for up to 6 months!
