Grilled Fillet Pot Pie

Ingredients:

2 Gorton's Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 cups frozen peas & carrots
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 egg
1 Tbsp water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare Gorton's Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions and break up fillets with fork.
2. Combine fish, soup and vegetables, place into a casserole dish, unroll puff pastry sheet over the casserole dish, cutting edges if necessary.
3. Combine egg with water, lightly brush the top of puff pastry with mixture, bake 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and enjoy!
