Grilled Fillet Jambalaya

Ingredients:
4 Gorton's All Natural Cajun Blackened Grilled Fillets2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp parsley flakes, dried
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cups unprepared instant white rice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large non- stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes and sauté onions, green peppers, celery and garlic for 5 minutes, combine with tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, parsley, bay leaves and cajun seasoning and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Reduce heat to medium, add rice, Gorton's All Natural Cajun Blackened Grilled Fillets, cover, simmer 10 minutes, break fish into chunks, combine green onions, cover, simmer 5 minutes and serve immediately.
