Lemon Ginger Poached Salmon

Ingredients:

2 Gorton’s Lemon Butter Grilled Salmon Fillets
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:

1. Boil wine, broth, lemon juice, ginger in a large non-stick skillet over high heat, add Gorton's Salmon Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
2. Gently wrap cooked fillets in foil, set aside, boil liquid and reduce by half, remove from heat, add butter, top cooked fillets with liquid and serve immediately.
