I am a single mother of 3 and of course I want my children to be as healthy as they can be, and that is how we came across Gorton's. My children are 15, 10,and 8 and because I am usually in the kitchen when we are at home the children have learned to prepare several things while we spend time together in the kitchen,one of those things being fish sandwiches, which we love. The kids love the lemon pepper because the outside is so crunchy and doesn't get soggy when we make our sandwiches with it. So far we have made shrimp po boys, lemon pepper sandwiches, and topped our chef salad with the grilled salmon. My 10 year old loves to zest a lemon over the salad when we make the grilled salmon and spinach salad. Thanks for helping a single mom bring her family together in the kitchen!
