The only way is to get them involved with the process. Period. It works! I have three picky eaters and with seafood I have them help by making our "secret" recipe. Yep. Ketchup and mayonaise - ha ha, quite the secret. They tell everyone we have a "family secret recipe" to go with our fish sticks, and... it works! They make it themselves and then they gobble down the fish sticks. Magic. Now if I could only get a "secret" recipe for vegetables! :-)
