Your next dinner obsession is a Gloucester original. These beer battered bites are made with wild-caught Cod and nutty Irish stout from Cape Ann Brewing Company, a craft brewery just steps from Gloucester’s storied docks.
- UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
- Remove bites from packaging before cooking.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Arrange on metal baking pan.
- Bake 28 - 30 minutes total.* Flip after 14 minutes.
- *Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145° or higher before serving.
