Blackened Shrimp Nachos
Thought nachos couldn’t get any better? Ha. See just what a little Simply Bake Classic Shrimp Scampi can do in this party fave from The Coffee Mom.
- Make the shrimp according to the package directions. Once done, drain off and discard the majority of the scampi sauce. Mix in Old Bay seasoning and set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F
- Start layering your nachos in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Layer chips, cheese, tomato, shrimp and more cheese.
- Repeat layering a second time with chips, cheese, tomato, shrimp, cheese and with optional onions and jalapeños.
- Bake for 10 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
