1. Make the shrimp according to the package directions. Once done, drain off and discard the majority of the scampi sauce. Mix in Old Bay seasoning and set aside.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F
  3. Start layering your nachos in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Layer chips, cheese, tomato, shrimp and more cheese.
  4. Repeat layering a second time with chips, cheese, tomato, shrimp, cheese and with optional onions and jalapeños.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
