Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and combine baking mix with half & half and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
2. Spray a large rectangular casserole dish with non-stick spray, flour hands, press dough into dish, top with Gorton’s Original Batter Tenders and sprinkle with broccoli.
3. Mix eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper, pour over broccoli and bake 30-35 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!

2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup cold half & half
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/3 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
