Cheesy Broccoli Fish Casserole

Opt for this delicious fish casserole tonight, filled with creamy cheese and broccoli. For a lighter version, substitute fat-free milk and reduced-fat Cheddar cheese. Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and place broccoli in a microwave safe dish with water, cover, microwave for 5 minutes and drain.
2. Combine milk, cheese soup, broccoli and pour into casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
3. Top with cheddar, parmesan and Gorton’s Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets, bake 35 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!

4 Tbsp water
1 cup milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup, condensed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
