Easy Fish Sandwich Recipe
What makes this fish sandwich better than all the rest is what’s inside the bun – it’s all about the toppings. Slather them with garlic powder, cheese and mayonnaise and broil until golden brown – voila! Our combination of crispy, golden fish and creamy parmesan aioli creates the perfect bite. It’s so easy to make and totally kid friendly. Feel free to toast your bun, or top your fish with lettuce and tomatoes to add in some extra veggies. It’s a dish that everyone will love!
1. Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Golden Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients, spread mixture on buns and broil until golden brown.
3. Place 2 cooked fillets on each bun and serve immediately.
