Classic Grilled Salmon Burgers with Sesame Ginger Slaw

Try serving salmon burgers off the grill at your next backyard gathering for a unique and delicious alternative. The Asian-inspired homemade coleslaw is super easy to make and tastes great.

Directions
1. Prepare Gorton’s Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In a large bowl mix together zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage and green onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and hot sauce.
4. Add vinegar mixture to vegetables and toss to combine. Divide mixture evenly on each roll bottom and top with a cooked salmon fillet. Add the roll tops and serve.
Ingredients
2 (6.3 oz) packages Gorton’s Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets
1/3 cup zucchini, julienned
1/3 cup carrot, peeled and julienned
1/3 cup red bell pepper, julienned
1/3 cup napa (or Chinese) cabbage, thinly sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
½ tsp sesame oil
1/4 to ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
4 whole wheat sandwich or hamburger rolls, lightly toasted
