Directions

  1. Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Stir in chives. Serve with fish sticks.

Notes: For garlic cauliflower mash, cook 2 garlic cloves along with the cauliflower.
