Creamy Cauliflower Mash with Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks

Who doesn’t like mashed potatoes? Switch it up with this easy, creamy, cauliflower mash. Pair it with Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks and you are on your way to an easy, delicious dinner.

Directions
- Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
- Stir in chives. Serve with fish sticks.
Notes: For garlic cauliflower mash, cook 2 garlic cloves along with the cauliflower.
