Macaroni & Cheese with Fish Sticks

Nothing beats a good homemade macaroni and cheese, especially one topped with Fish Sticks. Kids will love it!

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare macaroni according to package instructions.
2. Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, sauté onion 5 minutes, whisk in flour, reduce heat to low and gradually add milk using whisk.
3. Bring mixture to a gentle boil over medium high heat for 1 minute, remove from heat and blend in cheese.
4. Spray medium size casserole dish with non-stick spray, blend macaroni and cheese, add to casserole dish, top with Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks, bake 30 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!

12 Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks
1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup flour
1-3/4 cups milk
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
