1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Gorton’s Signature Salmon according to package instructions.
  2. Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. Rapidly cool cooked orzo by running cold water over it for 1 minute.
  3. In a bowl, mix together orzo, Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, basil, feta, and salt.
  4. Serve with Gorton’s Signature Salmon.

¼ lb Orzo Pasta
½ cup Italian Dressing
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Halved cherry tomatoes
¼ cup Chopped cucumbers
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
¼ cup Chopped Basil
¼ cup Feta Cheese
1/8 tsp Salt
