Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss green lettuce, dressing and croutons together and garnish with shaved parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve with Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon.

1 bunch green lettuce
1 cup croutons
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbs. Dijon mustard
2 tbs. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. anchovy paste
2 garlic cloves, pressed
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
