1. Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Tilapia Fillets according to package instructions and combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and hot sauce.
2. Place lettuce leaf, 2 slices tomato on top portion of each roll, a cooked fillet on bottom half, spread with mayonnaise mixture, replace top of roll and serve immediately.
