Summer never has to end with this Mediterranean inspired meal! Pair our expertly seasoned Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia fillets with a crisp, refreshing side of orzo salad with fresh vegetables and herbs for a dinner that won’t disappoint.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cook Gorton’s Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia according to packaging instructions.
- Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. While orzo is still in strainer, rapidly cool cooked orzo by running cold water over orzo for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, mix together orzo, Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, basil, feta, and salt and pepper to taste.

¼ cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes
¼ cup Cucumber Slices cut in half

¼ cup Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
