Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 19-21 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) flip after 12 minutes.
Air Fryer (Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended):
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
3. Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip fillets after 7 minutes. Microwaving is not recommended. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
