Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 19-21 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) flip after 12 minutes.
Air Fryer (Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended):
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
3. Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip fillets after 7 minutes. Microwaving is not recommended. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.

These were so good and tasty. They worked perfect for my air fryer. The directions were clear and easy to follow. They were crispy and had great flavor. I was very satisfied with the product. I will continue to get these kind.

I have always loved fish fillets and fishes sticks. These that are air fried and just amazing. They taste so very good and they are so very crunchy as well. They taste like you have just took them right out of the air fryer. I am gonna continue to buy these.

I like that they're healthy because they're air fried and aren't oily. I had these pollock fillets for dinner as well as lunch. They make a healthy and tasty meal. They are filling too.

I can’t say enough about this seafood brand. It’s always delicious and tasty and always high quality. It’s never minced gosh but entire filets. Cooks do well in the air fryer- or honestly anyway you want to cook it.

I didn't think this would be good in my air fryer, but was pleasantly surprised. These are great anytime, my family loves them. You can pair them with any side dish. They're not soggy as I thought they would be, but crispy and flaky. These are a keeper.

Talk about a fast and convenient meal. I placed in air fryer while I cooked some veggies and dinner was done in a blink of an eye. They’re not overly fishy tasting(which is a plus) and they come out moist in the inside and crispy on the outside. Super easy and delicious
