Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets are fried in air, not oil, for a light & crispy breading with less grease and fat. 100% wild-caught Alaska Pollock, sourced responsibly, and a good source of protein. We air fry our products so that you don’t have to. Enjoy air fried benefits straight from your oven or air fryer.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. MICROWAVING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Remove fillets from package before cooking.
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange air fried fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets.
3. Bake uncovered 19 to 21 minutes.* Turn fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking.
*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING
AIR FRYER**
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray
2. Place four frozen fillets in the air fryer basket
3. Fry fillets at 400°F. for 13-15 minutes total. Flip fillets after 7 minutes.
Note: **Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended.

I tried these air fried fillets and I love them. The fish is great and flaky. The breading seems to be lighter than other fried fish and not as oily. I feel like this air fired version is healthier and it gets very crispy in my air fryer at home. I definitely recommend.

Gorton's says that the fillets are made from high-quality, wild-caught Flounder and I believe them The coating is nice and crispy paired with a savory taste. This is about as close as you can get to having fresh caught or restaurant quality at this price range. Definitely deserves a spot in your freezer.

The fish definitely does have a nice crispy but it just seems a little weird to me to have a nice crispy outside and then the inside be rather soft. The fish overall was good and definitely better than the un crispy ones. I cooked it in the oven and made sure to flip in between like the directions. Will likely buy again.

These are overall really good! They cook up super easily and I love that they have 50% less fat. They definitely seem to get less greasy than regular fried fish fillets that you can buy at the store. I thought the flavor was good and you get a decent amount in the bag too.

These are great for a quick dinner. They stay crispy in the air fryer and it is so fast to heat them up. I have loved this brand since eating fish sticks as a kid in the eighties. Makes me nostalgic. Y

I got the Gorton's - Air Fried Crispy Breaded Fillet and they were so good. I cooled them.in my sir fryer and they came out very crunchy but t3nder on the inside. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Not a big fish fan here but decided to try these new Air Fried Crispy Breaded fillets. They are really good. They were crispy and weren't heavy on my belly. I feel that having it air fried instead of fried it made me feel healthier.
