Air Fried Fillets

CONVENTIONAL OVEN
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. MICROWAVING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Remove fillets from package before cooking.
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange air fried fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets.
3. Bake uncovered 19 to 21 minutes.* Turn fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking.
*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING
AIR FRYER**
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray
2. Place four frozen fillets in the air fryer basket
3. Fry fillets at 400°F. for 13-15 minutes total. Flip fillets after 7 minutes.
Note: **Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended.
