Conventional Oven
UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Arrange on metal baking pan.
- Bake 13-15 minutes total. Flip after 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
Fully cook shrimp to an internal temperature of 145°F or higher before serving.
Air Fryer
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Fry shrimp at 400°F for 9-10 minutes.
Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages.

I recently tried Gorton’s Coconut Shrimp, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! My kids absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed a delicious meal together. The shrimp were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, thanks to the delightful coconut coating that added a wonderful tropical touch.
Not only was the taste fantastic, but it was also a great value for the price. We got generous portions that left everyone satisfied. The convenience of being able to prepare them quickly made it easy to include this dish in our busy weeknight dinners.

I will say the cooking time may need to be reduced it only took around 5 mins for the shrimp to be the level of crispy pictured. The coconut flavor was a little to mild but the shrimp was tender and the coating had a sweet hint which I loved. Both me and my husband ate an entire box in one sitting haha. I’m buying more for sure but hope they add more coconut flavor in the future.

For extra coconut flavor you can do it in coconut oil. The texture is great and it’s enough for say family of three or four with two kids.

If you consider these are a premade frozen food item, they’re not bad at all! Expectations need to be realistic. Definitely not homemade tier, but a decent side.

The texture was spot-on: crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I recommend cooking them a little longer than the box suggests if you like them extra crispy. They also come with a sweet chili dipping sauce that pairs really well with the shrimp—sweet with a little kick.

So being that I love coconut shrimp I was excited to try this campaign. The coconut shrimp are already prepared and all you have to do is heat them up according to the instructions. The coconut shrimp themselves are breaded and it has coconut flakes inside the breading. The serving size is about five coconut shrimps in one serving. Honestly I felt like that was a pretty decent serving size. Now for the taste itself, I believe it tasted like coconut shrimp. I would’ve liked a little bit more coconut but overall they were really tasty and I would purchase again.

To be honest, these were good but not great. They were lightly breaded but it was more panko than coconut. The coconut was very light and I’m used to a stronger coconut taste with coconut shrimp. The light bits of coconut gave a light sweetness to it but it wasn’t overly sweet. It was easy and quick to heat up.

These frozen shrimp are slightly better than average frozen popcorn shrimp. The fresh coconut isn't overwhelming and they crisp very well in the air fryer. I wish there were more in the box. I will buy again.

Gorton’s has a long time favorite frozen seafood brand in my household, for as long as I can recall. Its quality and taste have always stood up to its competitors. With its extensive variety of items, there's always something for everyone! With that said, its no surprise I was ecstatic to learn Influenster was gifting me a complimentary box of Gorton’s Coconut Shrimp in exchange for my honest opinion.
