Conventional Oven
UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Arrange on metal baking pan.
- Bake 13-15 minutes total. Flip after 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
Fully cook shrimp to an internal temperature of 145°F or higher before serving.
Air Fryer
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Fry shrimp at 400°F for 9-10 minutes.
Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages.

Grabbed that box from my instacart worker and popped them in the air fryer at 400degree for like ten minutes and they was crispy it was real fresh too. What flavor them crispy shrimp had. I threw away that box that was so easy to open and enjoyed my day. Thanks.

Trying the shrimp cooked without sauce, they were a good texture, a bit crunchy with soft internal breading and delicate shrimp in the center. They were flavorful. I'm a sauce gal and definitely feel adding a dipping sauce brought it to a different level. The amount of shrimp inside the breading was disappointing but satisfactory for a snack type meal

The coconut flavor is noticeable but not overpowering—just the right amount of sweetness to complement the savory shrimp.
The texture was spot-on: crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. I recommend cooking them a little longer than the box suggests if you like them extra crispy. They also come with a sweet chili dipping sauce that pairs really well with the shrimp—sweet with a little kick.

I got the opportunity to try the Gorton's Coconut Shrimp and I loved them. The shrimp are medium sized and cook up great in the air fryer with a little spray of oil. They have a great crunchy texture and the shrimp is soft and slightly sweet fresh shrimp flavor. I used them on their own but I think they would be amazing over linguine Alfredo. The packaging is bright and eye catching, super easy to find in the store among the other fantastic Gorton's products. Definitely recommend these crispy, tasty shrimp.

Cooking it as the directions stated to the t, the breading was crispy crunchy and the shrimp was firm and tasty! It wasn't mushy at all. As we've had in the past with others. What a great product! This will be a regular for us during this season on Fridays.

I love coconut shrimp and I’ve never had them store bought. I have heard of this brand before but I’ve never tried any of their products. So being that I love coconut shrimp I was excited to try this campaign. The coconut shrimp are already prepared and all you have to do is heat them up according to the instructions. The coconut shrimp themselves are breaded and it has coconut flakes inside the breading. The serving size is about five coconut shrimps in one serving. Honestly I felt like that was a pretty decent serving size. Now for the taste itself, I believe it tasted like coconut shrimp. I would’ve liked a little bit more coconut but overall they were really tasty and I would purchase again.

To be honest, these were good but not great. They were lightly breaded but it was more panko than coconut. The coconut was very light and I’m used to a stronger coconut taste with coconut shrimp. I haven’t tried the oven yet but definitely don’t microwave unless you prefer mushy breading. I cooked mine in a $25 Walmart air fryer.

One drawback, is that they have definitely gotten a lot smaller over the years and more expensive, which is a bit of a letdown. I got to try Gorton's Coconut Shrimp for free, and it was such a delicious surprise! They were incredibly easy to prepare—just pop them in the oven—and made for a super convenient meal or snack. The shrimp were perfectly crispy on the outside with a sweet coconut flavor that paired amazingly with the tender shrimp inside. We fixed the Gortons coconut shrimp and butterfly shrimp for an easy, fast dinner and it was yummy. I opted to cook them in the oven per the instructions and they were crunchy - but they probably would have been even better from the air fryer! I'll be trying that next - will definitely buy again!
