Crab Cakes

With our Maryland Crab Cakes you don’t need to sacrifice flavor when creating a quick and easy meal. Simply cook our Maryland Crab Cakes for an up-scale seafood dinner that everyone will enjoy.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Remove crab cakes from pouch from pouch before cooking.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange frozen cakes on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 21–25 minutes total*. Flip after 15 minutes.
FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165˚F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.
Although great care is taken to remove shell pieces, some may remain.
STOVETOP
1. Thaw crab cakes in microwave on high for 1 minute.
2. Melt 1 Tbsp. of butter in a non-stick skillet halfway between low and medium heat.
3. Add thawed crab cakes to skillet.
4. Cook 12–14 minutes total*, gently turning cakes frequently.
Note: Stovetop temperatures vary, adjust times accordingly.

I recently purchased this product at my local grocery store. my favorite seafood is crab and so I was so excited to try it. I was worried that it was not going to taste as I hoped. But I should have known, that coming from Gorton's, that it would taste delicious and would leave me craving more. It far exceeded my expectations and are delicious as is or with added dips, as well as with your own added spice mix. The possibilities are endless!
