Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 22-24 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 12 minutes.
Microwaving is not recommended. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Keep frozen.

Batter Coating:
Water, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Dextrin, Salt, Whey, Onion Powder, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Dextrose, Sugar, Sunflower Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Spice, Natural Flavor.
Vegetable Oil:
Canola and/or Soybean Oil.

I bought these on sale. 2 for 5 or something. When I open the BOX, I realized the product was bot in a sealed bag in the box. Just in the box. So basically unsealed. The pieces were dry looking and the breading was falling off. I cooked a few pieces, threw them out after a few bites, then threw the uncooked portion and the other box. Why aren't these sealed in at least a plastic bag to keep them fresh and guard against freezer burn. Anyway, I won't be buying again' no material what the sale price.

I like these and have been eating them for years but recently I bought a bag of these and there’s BARELY ANY BREADING on any of them. It’s all fish. Kinda defeats the purpose of me buying it don’t you think. Please don’t be stingy with the breading that’s the whole point of a fish fillet.

I buy the Crispy Battered Fish Fillets every month. At least 2-3 bags. I always fry them in my deep fryer and the crunchy and crispy texture is perfect. Pairs well with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese.

I buy these regularly because they are a great way to make a restaurant quality fish sandwich at home. They have just the right amount of breading covering a relatively thick piece of fish in each fillet. I typically prepare them in an air fryer, but they turn out just as good in the oven or pan fried in oil.
