Crispy Battered Fish Portions
Our crispy battered minced fish is made with absolutely no fillers. It’s so delicious, crunchy, and convenient, you’ll want to make every bite count.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 25–28 minutes total.* Flip after 15 minutes.
*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving.
Faster Cooking Directions: Microwave + Oven Broiler
For more than 4 portions, Conventional Oven Cooking Directions are recommended.
1. Microwave (110 Watts)** fish portions in a single layer on high for 1 minute.
2. While microwaving, move oven rack to middle of oven.
3. Turn oven on broil setting (Hi or 550degrees F). Preheat oven for only about 1 minute.
4. Caution: hot! Transfer fish portions onto metal baking pan and broil according to the chart below. Broil Cook Times*Cook 2 portions for 4 minutes, flip and cook 3–4 more minutes.Cook 4 portions for 4 minutes, flip and cook 5 more minutes.
*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving.
**Note: For lower wattage microwaves, microwave an additional 30 seconds.
Keep Frozen until ready to cook.
Ingredients: Minced Alaska Pollock, bleached wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (cottonseed and/or canola), enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), less than 2% of: modified corn starch, sugar, salt, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), palm oil, dextrose, onion powder, yeast, natural flavor, whey, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).
