Uncooked, keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove shrimp from packaging before cooking.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Arrange on metal baking pan
3. Bake 15-17 minutes total
Flip after 10 minutes

Deep Frying
1. Place shrimp in basket, separating to prevent from sticking.
2. Fry at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes
Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional shrimp.

Air Fryer**
1. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket
2. Fry shrimp at 400°F for 10-12 minutes
** Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.
*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING. UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Although great care is taken to remove shell pieces, some may remain. Keep frozen.

“Mess free”
I got myself a Southern Style Butterfly Shrimp it’s was so good I love shrimp but it’s such a mess making them, not no more this is mess free and so easy to cook great for an easy appetizer or to Combine it with and easy dinner or lunch even goes great on top of my salad.

I cooked these by lining them up individually on a tray and baked them, yet they came out of the oven crispy and perfectly crunchy as if I had deep fried them. They took about 20 minutes and a midway flip. Some salt and cocktail sauce and these were a hit for a romantic dinner I shared with my husband and some Chardonnay! These can actually be deep fried or air fried, as well, but we’re watching our health. The best part about Gorton’s is that they get their fish from MSC-certified fisheries in the North Pacific Ocean.

They were super crunchy and the shrimp were very juicy. I just cut off the tails and made me a nice little sandwich out of it. Very good.

The breading is coating the shrimp very well and it comes out so crispy when cooked. I do wish there was a bigger size option like a family size but either way it's still delicious. Overall I highly recommend to try this shrimp cause it is wonderful!!!

You get a decent sized back for the price, some restaurants don't even have flavorful shrimp like this. Ive only recently started eating any kind of seafood, and I’m in my 30s. I started with some small popcorn shrimp and was actually liked it so I’ve been venturing out to try new things. When I saw these, I thought they were worth a try. I’m so glad I did! They are juicy, crunchy, full of flavor and so easy to prepare!
I love that these come ready to cook, no need to clean them, bread them etc. Just follow the directions for your method of choice and enjoy! I use my air fryer to prepare these. I just preheat it, add them to the tray, let them cook (cook time varies) and serve. You can use a cocktail or tartar sauce but honestly, the breading is so good and has so much flavor, you don’t need a sauce. They cook up to a crunchy perfection with tgat light seafood taste without being overwhelming.
I love that these are available At just about any grocery store. Highly recommend.

We love Gorton's in our house. These butterfly shrimp were no exception. They air fried up golden and crispy and the breading flavor was spot on per usual. The shrimp were a good size and tasty and we look forward to having these again!!

We’ve had these for dinner a couple times now and just love them! The taste is so good and they are super easy to cook. I would serve these to guests coming over for dinner or a super quick family dinner night!

These shrimp are fantastic the batter cooks up nice and crisp and the shrimp inside is perfectly tender it is hard to tell they came out of the oven. The spices in the batter taste great on their own no dipping sauce needed.

These are good, tender, and delicious prawns with a crisp buttermilk coating. very easy to prepare in the air fryer and i believe that it had air fryer instructions. The box is long gone so not 100% sure. Great side dish or as a snack.

These Southern Style Butterfly shrimps were very tasty. I cooked them in the air fryer on the recommend setting and they came out perfectly. When I say there were marvelous believe me. The shrimp inside was so tender and soft came right off the tail. These are better than restaurant shrimp.The serving size was correct I had about 16 pieces. Next time I’ll have to get two boxes so it will be more for three people.

These butterfly shrimps are delicious! easy to cook and flavorful. It's not necessary but adding lemon after cooking is a great addition. I used a digital oven for this and it came out well. I'd have this regularly.
