Crispy Fish Caesar Sandwich

For the sandwich:
6–8 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
2 sandwich buns, split
Butter or olive oil spray (for toasting buns)
1 cup prepared Caesar salad (romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, croutons optional)
For serving:
French fries, prepared according to package instructions
Lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Fish Sticks according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, assemble the Caesar salad.
Step 3
Lightly butter or spray the insides of the buns and toast in a skillet or oven until golden brown.
Step 4
Spread a layer of Caesar dressing to the bottom bun, then add Caesar salad on top.
Step 5
Place crispy fish sticks on top of the salad. Finish with the top bun.
Step 6
Serve with prepared French fries and lemon wedges on the side.
