Sheet Pan Fajitas
Enjoy all the fajitas without the hassle. Everything you need—including Gorton’s crispy fish sticks and colorful veggies—comes together in one pan, so all you need to do is assemble.
Ingredients

For the fajitas:
6–8 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
1–2 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For serving:
Tortillas, warmed
Lime wedges
Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Fish Sticks according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toss sliced peppers, onion, and jalapeño with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 425°F (218°C) for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 3
Warm tortillas in the oven or on a skillet.
Step 4
Assemble fajitas by layering roasted vegetables and crispy fish sticks on tortillas. Serve with lime wedges and your favorite salsa.
