Fish Taco Bowls

Nothing says summer quite like fish tacos! Kickstart yours with this vibrant and flavorful recipe for fish taco bowls from Lex Eats.

Directions
1. Cook the Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets according to package, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F or higher.
2. Add greek yogurt, lime juice, salt and paprika in a large bowl and whisk to combine
3. Add slaw to the greek yogurt mixture and toss to combine
4. Once fish is cooked assemble bowls: layer one cup of rice with half the slaw and top with fish, 1/4 cup pico de gallo and 1/2 avocado. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy!

1 tbsp lime juice
