Gorton’s Gorton’s Grilled Fillets

2 Gorton’s Gorton’s Grilled Fillets
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 small yellow onion, chopped
3 oz mushrooms, sliced
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano, dried
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes and sauté peppers, onions and mushrooms for 5-8 minutes.

Step 2

Combine with remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, top with Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets, simmer 10 minutes, break up fish, stir, simmer 5 minutes more and serve immediately.
