Grilled Fillet Cacciatore
If you like Italian food, then this no guilt dish is for you! Our Cacciatore is low in fat and high in protein while bursting with delectable vegetables & flavors.
1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes and sauté peppers, onions and mushrooms for 5-8 minutes.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, top with Gorton’s All Natural Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets, simmer 10 minutes, break up fish, stir, simmer 5 minutes more and serve immediately.

3 oz mushrooms, sliced
