Grilled Fillet Stir Fry
This stir fry is an easy way to incorporate healthy vegetables and fish into a favorite dinner dish that the whole family loves.
1. In a large non-stick skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and black pepper to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.

2 tsp cornstarch

16 oz package stir-fry vegetables, frozen
1 cup unprepared instant white rice
