Directions

1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat 1 minute, sauté onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, celery and scallions 5 minutes, add bamboo shoots, soy sauce, stock and Gorton’s All Natural Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets to skillet.
2. Cover, simmer 10 minutes, stir in spinach, break up fish and serve immediately over rice.

2 large spanish onions
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup mushrooms
3 celery stalks, sliced
1 bunch scallions, sliced
8 oz bamboo shoots, drained
3 Tbsp water
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 cups baby spinach
3 cups rice, prepared
