Grilled Fillet Greek Salad
For a taste of the Greek Isles in your own home, prepare Fillets in the microwave and add to a bagged salad with tomatoes, olives, onion, pine nuts and dressing. Enjoy immediately!
2 Gorton’s Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets
1 bag prepared salad
15 grape tomatoes
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
10 Kalamata olives
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup Greek dressing
Prepare Gorton’s Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions.
Cut cooked fillets into four pieces, combine with salad, tomatoes, Feta, olives, onion, pine nuts, dressing and serve immediately.
