Cooking Directions: You can cook either way!
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 19-21 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 16 minutes.
Air Fryer (Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended).
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
3. Fry fillets at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 9 minutes. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Uncooked, keep frozen until ready to cook. Keep frozen.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I've tried other versions of Gorton's fish filets before, but these taste so much better. I didn't add any additional seasoning like I usually have to, and they were still delicious and flavorful. I cooked them in an air fryer per the instructions, and you can see how crispy they are on their outside, while the inside stayed mosit and flaky. They're a bit pricey (mor than $1 per filet) but I genuinely think they're worth it if you have the money to spare.

Tried Horton’s Air Fried Garlic & Herb Fillets the other night, and I was genuinely impressed. First off, the air-fried part is legit—they come out super crispy without feeling greasy at all. You get that satisfying crunch without the guilt of deep-fried fish.
Flavor-wise, the garlic and herb seasoning is on point. It’s savory, not too salty, and has a nice blend of herbs that actually comes through. The garlic is there, but not overpowering—just enough to add some depth.
The fish inside stays flaky and moist, which is sometimes hit or miss with frozen stuff, but Horton’s nailed it here. Really easy to bake or air fry, and they go great with a salad, veggies, or even as a sandwich.

This was the best texture of any pre made fish I’ve tried! It was so easy to cook! It stayed fresh in the freezer with no freezer burn even after being opened the package was easy to close right back up! Tasted amazing on top of all of this! I’ll always air fry fish from now on

So delicious. It has a nice texture and so fresh. It is so easy to make and tastes great too. My husband loved it as well. Easy packaging and does not go bad. Would definitely recommend.
