Air Fryer Popcorn Shrimp Po’ Boy
It’s Po’ Boy season. A Foodie’s Guide to Serious Eats will prove that remoulade sauce and french rolls couldn’t be more perfect for air-fried, perfectly crispy, Popcorn Shrimp. Throw on a little lettuce and some tomato slices and it’s seafood all summer.
Remoulade Sauce (found in the dressing aisle at any grocery store)
Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
Set your air fryer to 400°F and toss in half the bag of your frozen popcorn shrimp. Cook for about 8 – 10 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F or higher.
In the meantime, lather remoulade sauce on your French roll.
Once the shrimp is crispy, build your po’ boy with lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy!
