Fish Taco Bowl with Lime Chipotle Sauce

No taco shells? No problem. This quick and easy Fish Taco Bowl from Cooking with Manuela is assembled with Gorton’s light and crispy Air Fried Fish Fillets over a bed of rice. Top it with a sweet mango salsa and a drizzle of chipotle lime sauce for an easy and delicious dinner.

Directions
1. Bake or air fry the fish fillets following the directions on the package.
2. Make the mango salsa: in a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salsa and toss to mix.
3. Make the chipotle lime sauce: in a small bowl add the ingredients for the sauce and whisk until smooth.
4. To serve, in two large bowls, arrange the rice and red cabbage. Top with the flaked fish fillets, mango salsa and drizzle with the prepared sauce. Top with a slice or two of jalapenos. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Mango Salsa:
1 large mango, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chipotle Lime Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
To Serve:
4 Gorton’s Air Fry Fish Fillets
1 cup cooked brown rice (or your favorite grain)
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
Jalapeno slices for serving
