15 Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
5.5 oz coconut milk
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Zest and juice from a lime
Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.
Combine remaining ingredients, chill and serve with cooked shrimp.
