Coconut Shrimp Tempura Sushi Bowls
Loaded with both flavor and crunch, this sushi bowl recipe packs in Gorton’s Coconut Shrimp, pineapple, and pickled onions.
Ingredients

For the sushi bowls:
1 bag Gorton’s Coconut Shrimp
2 cups cooked white rice (or jasmine rice)
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup pickled red onions
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup shelled edamame
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp sesame seeds
For serving:
Your favorite spicy mayo
Lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Coconut Shrimp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Divide rice evenly among four bowls. Arrange avocado, pickled onions, pineapple, edamame, cucumber, and shredded red cabbage over the rice.
Step 3
Top each bowl with crispy Coconut Shrimp. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
Step 4
Drizzle with store-bought chipotle mayo or spicy mayo, or serve on the side. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
