Pineapple, Bacon, and Shrimp Skewers
Sweet and savory come together in bite-sized form with these Pineapple, Bacon, and Shrimp Skewers from Peas Thank You. Whether you’re serving up game day snacks or holiday apps, this combination will be one that you have on repeat!
1. Cook Gorton’s Beer Batter Shrimp according to the package, until 145°F or higher.
2. Prepare and cook bacon according to packaging instructions.
3. Let shrimp and bacon cool. Cut pineapple into small chunks.
4. Start assembling: wrap a slice of bacon around shrimp and place toothpick into shrimp so that the top and bottom sticks through. Then, place a pineapple chunk on the bottom of the toothpick.
5. Serve and enjoy!
