Air Fried Garlic & Herb Fillets
Bring home a delicious taste of seafood with our Air Fried Garlic & Herb Fish Fillets. Made from high-quality, wild-caught fish, our fillets are ideal for serving up a fresh-tasting, convenient meal.
Our Air Fried Garlic & Herb Fillets are full of flavor with a delicious garlic & herb breading. These fillets are also air fried for a light, crispy breading.
These fillets are always prepared with no fillers, artificial colors or flavors, hydrogenated oils, or antibiotics. Plus, our fish is a natural source of natural Omega-3s and protein.
Cooking Directions: You can cook either way!
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 19-21 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 16 minutes.
Air Fryer (Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended).
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
3. Fry fillets at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 9 minutes. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Uncooked, keep frozen until ready to cook. Keep frozen.

I’ve tried Gorton’s before but the Air Fried line is great because it works perfectly with the air fryer. The flavor is so yummy, pack full of garlic and herbs just like homemade. It’s perfect to just pop it in and eat it as a sandwich or as is.

I really appreciated the simple cooking instructions (425 for 15 minutes then flip) and it was also convenient that the fries I bought were the same cooking temperature. I really like the packaging of the fish fillets because it has a zipper to keep it fresh. We plan on splitting the package to two dinners for my husband and I. The flavor of the filets were crispy but moist inside. I would recommend adding a tartar sauce with the meal for extra flavor. I received these from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. An Instacart credit of $9 was sent to me with a code but Instacart was a bit difficult to use. The price of the filets was more than the credit given. Instacart also requires a minimum $10 purchase plus an additional delivery and service fee. They also weren’t in stock of the garlic and herb fish filets but had the same brand and package size in the original. I really enjoyed the product but the Instacart system wasn’t user friendly.

I cooked them in the air fryer as directed on the bag. They were nice and crispy, as the name suggests, but I thought the flavor was bland. We ate them with lots of tartar sauce. I think I missed the fat they took out of this recipe.

I chose to air fry mine as it was the quickest way. It took just seven minutes on each side. They turned out so crispy and absolutely delicious. The fish was flaky and tasty.
There are two pieces to a serving at each serving is only 190 cal, I would definitely buy these again.

Everything about these fish fillets seemed like something I would love, but they were only just okay. The garlic and herb flavor wasn’t strong enough to add a new experience. I actually prefer the original way more. They crisped up just fine in the airfryer and were super quick to get from freezer to plate.

I am typing this as I eat this product! So let's start from the beginning, the packaging? Easy to open and it's resealable. That's a 10/10 in my book! The cooking instructions are easy to read and simple to follow. I air fried mine so it was 400°f for 10-12 minutes but add 3 more minutes if you're cooking more than 4 fillets. Now let's talk about the actual fish fillet itself. They are so deliciously crispy. Not a single soggy spot on any fillet. I just made fish sticks yesterday and some spots were soggy. They were air fried the same way, at the same degree, and the same amount of time. But these were flakey like they were homemade battered and fried in some oil!!! The taste though, that's another story. They taste so fresh and so good. They aren't fishy tasting either. Like of course there is a fish taste because it's fish but it's not FISHY. And the garlic herby flavor is immaculate. Not too much but not a light 'not enough' flavor type. It's just right. But that's not just my review. My husband also loved it, I made them as sandwiches, he just didn't like the bread I served it on lol. My 16 month old son also loves it and ate 2 fillets! Call me Billy Mays because WAIT!!! THERE'S MORE!!! My extremely picky eater 3 year old daughter LOVED IT! She ate one all dressed up as a sandwich but then she asked for one more without the rest of the stuff! We've struggled to get her to eat any type of animal protein since she was old enough to eat table foods. When I tell you I cried, I meant I PRAISED the Lord. Because FINALLY a protein my daughter will eat! And since there isn't a recipe for this, I guess they have a new customer because I will be buying more and trying the other types they have to offer. I hope this really does influence others to try, not just this product but this brand out because I don't truly do not think I've put this much into a review especially for food. I love how easy it is to put in the air fryer without having to use the oven. It's easy to do especially when you have a toddler running around. The taste is great. It doesn't have a strong over powering garlic taste.

I complain about things being lightly flavored, these have intense flavor. The Takis of the fish fillets. It wasn’t nasty. Just really strong. I don’t have an air fryer, so they might have turned out even better in one, but I made them in my toaster oven and they still came out pretty well. The breading was crispy without being too heavy, the garlic and herb flavor was delicious too. All I added was a little bit of salt and they were perfect. I also love that they come in a resealable bag to keep them fresh.
My only complaint is they’re a bit pricey at the store, but that’s not Influenster’s fault.

However the bad it left me with that fishy after taste in my mouth for longer than I liked for long after my lunch making eating this meal at work or on the go (somewhere a toothbrush isn’t an option wouldn’t make for a great rest of the day), and the inside texture under the breading tended to have a coating feeling (however that could have been because I didn’t thaw fully from frozen). Overall I probably will recommend to my fish loving friends however I will not be purchasing in the future.

I had a hard time finding the garlic and herb air fried fillets. There was only one store in the area that had them. I like how easy it is to open and cook this product. I cooked them in the oven, but I bet they taste even better air fried. The entire family loved them. It has a little questionable smell but once they’re cooked it was good. Nice and crispy texture with a good balance of garlic and herb flavor. I would buy these again.

This fish is crispy and works very well in the air fryer. However, I feel that the fillets are small and have too much breading for the size of the cut. The flavor was also pretty bland. I wouldn't reach for this product again, but it is edible

Bland, it’s okay the fish inside is extremely moist while the outside is extremely crispy by cooking it in the air fryer. But it doesn’t taste fresh when it’s so wet on the inside. The packaging gives you two options to cook it either in the air fryer or oven.

The filets are super easy to cook one in the air fryer and I appreciate the bag being resealable since my toddler only eats one at a time.
