4 tostada shells
1 cup fresh mango, diced
1 small jalapeno (about 2 Tablespoons),
diced
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 lime, juiced
1-2 Tablespoons red onion, minced
Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook your Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Tenders in the air fryer at 400°F for 9 – 10 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F or higher.
Step 2
While the Gorton’s Seafood Beer Battered Fish Tenders are in the air fryer, prepare your mango salsa. Add mango, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, and red onion to a small bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3
