1. Prepare Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, combine olives, almonds, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor until olives are coarsely chopped.
3. Top fillets with olive mixture, sprinkle Feta cheese over fillets and serve immediately.
