Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets

6 Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets
1 – 6 oz can black olives, drained
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp basil, dried
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Gorton’s Classic Crispy Battered Fillets according to package instructions.

Step 2

In the meantime, combine olives, almonds, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor until olives are coarsely chopped.

Step 3

Top fillets with olive mixture, sprinkle Feta cheese over fillets and serve immediately.
