Beer Battered Fish Fillets
Corn tortillas
Purple cabbage
Cilantro
Mango Salsa
Sour Cream
Cotija Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Fish Fillets according to package directions

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash and chop purple cabbage and cilantro

Step 3

Brush tortillas with oil and heat over medium heat

Step 4

Once fillets are cooked, start assembling your taco

Step 5

Scoop a spoonful of sour cream onto the tortilla.

Step 6

Top with purple cabbage, then fish fillet.

Step 7

Add a spoonful of mango salsa over the fish

Step 8

Top with cilantro

Step 9

Sprinkle cotija cheese over tacos and enjoy!
