Gorton's Double Crunch Shrimp

1 package Gorton’s Double Crunch Shrimp
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

For the Avocado Cilantro Lime Dip:
1 avocado
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Mango Salsa:
1 mango, diced
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeño, chopped
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Follow the package instructions to cook the Double Crunch Shrimp. Set aside.

Step 2

Pour 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce into a small bowl and set aside for dipping.

Step 3

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, plain yogurt, lime juice, fresh cilantro, garlic clove, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 4

In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Add the lime juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
