Easy Fish and Chips

There are few precious things better than fish and chips, can we agree on that? Hungry Traveling Mama does, and she did us all a favor with this easy to make, delicious to devour recipe to shake up our kitchen routines.

Directions
1. Cook Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets according to package, until reaching an internal temperature pf 165°F or higher.
2. Slice about 4 red potatoes in french fry shape and season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cayenne pepper. Place the seasoned fries in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Heat oven at 350°F and cook for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
3. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of tartar sauce and about 3 squirts of sriracha.
4. Combine and serve!

1/4 cup of Tartar sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper
