Directions

1. Cook Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets according to package, until reaching an internal temperature pf 165°F or higher.

 

2. Slice about 4 red potatoes in french fry shape and season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cayenne pepper. Place the seasoned fries in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Heat oven at 350°F and cook for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

 

3. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of tartar sauce and about 3 squirts of sriracha.

 

4. Combine and serve!
