Grilled Fillets on a Bed of Mushrooms and Spinach
This healthy, guilt-free dinner is full of protein and easy on the waist-line. Not to mention, pretty tasty.
Ingredients

2 Gorton’s Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bag baby spinach
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets according to package directions.
Step 2
In the meantime, melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes, add spinach, salt, pepper, sauté 5 more minutes, place cooked fillets over spinach mixture and serve immediately.
