Roasted Garlic Tortilla Crusted Tilapia
A new way to enjoy tortilla chips- atop your Grilled Fillet! Only 25 minutes to prepare this deliciously crunchy dish.
Ingredients

2 Gorton’s Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Grilled Fillets
1/2 cup butter crackers, crushed
1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tsp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Step 2
Blend crackers, chips and parsley with melted butter and remove from heat.
Step 3
Place Gorton’s Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Fillets, seasoned side up, in a shallow baking pan lined with foil.
Step 4
Evenly distribute crumb mixture amongst fillets, bake 18 to 20 minutes and enjoy!
