Roasted Garlic Tortilla Crusted Tilapia
A new way to enjoy tortilla chips- atop your Grilled Fillet! Only 25 minutes to prepare this deliciously crunchy dish.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Blend crackers, chips and parsley with melted butter and remove from heat.
3. Place Gorton’s Tilapia Roasted Garlic & Butter Fillets, seasoned side up, in a shallow baking pan lined with foil.
4. Evenly distribute crumb mixture amongst fillets, bake 18 to 20 minutes and enjoy!
