Gorton’s Signature Grilled Tilapia Soup
In only 30 minutes, create a restaurant quality soup with sautéed vegetables and Tilapia Fillets.
1. Spray a medium non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and sauté ½ garlic, onion, celery, carrots, cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add broth, water, ketchup, bay leaf, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes over low heat.
3. Add zucchini, Gorton’s Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets, salt & pepper, cover, simmer 10-15 minutes more over low heat, stirring frequently to break fish into smaller pieces and enjoy!

1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1-1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
14 oz low sodium vegetable broth
14 oz water
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 bay leaf
1 cup green beans, frozen
1/3 cup zucchini, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
