Indian Style Fish Curry

Directions
1. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and saute ½ until translucent, about 2 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except Gorton’s Grilled Fillets. Lower the heat to low; cover the skillet, and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add uncooked Gorton’s Grilled Fillets. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Gently break up Gorton’s Grilled Fillets into large chunks. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

1 (7.6 oz) package Gorton’s All Natural Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup skim milk
1 (6oz) container fat free plain Greek yogurt (or 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt)
